Customer Privacy Protection and Information

Protection of our patients personal information is a high priority. Our practice is fully computerised and networked throughout to aid efficiency and patient confidentiality. Every patient receives a full treatment plan with a clear explanation of costs and we endeavour to explain everything simply and in detail. We are always available for questions should any patient require more information about a procedure.

New patients are always very welcome

24 hours cancellation notice is required for routine appointments and to avoid a charge being made. This allows other patients to be offered the appointment time. Longer appointments require 48 hours notice. Missed dental appointments or late cancellations will be charged at a percentage of the treatment that was to be undertaken.

Reservation Fee

We may ask for refundable deposits for certain treatment plans and for longer appointments.

Payment

Payments are due as treatment progresses, with final payment being made at completion of treatment. Any additional treatment must be paid as this treatment is carried out. We accept cash, cheque and credit card payments.

Referrals

We are more than happy to accept referrals from existing patients, as this is a huge compliment to everyone at the practice.
