I have been going to this practice for around 10 years - in that time I have been a patient of 2 dentists and Alex for my hygienist appointments. The receptionists are always polite and helpful, the booking system works well sending you reminders etc.The dentists have been effective and friendly and treatment received good and well explained.But I regularly see Alex my Hygienists who is super friendly, positive, caring, understanding of me being a nervous patient and very helpful with advice for ongoing oral care - so much so that I don’t and haven’t seen any other hygienist for about three/four years.Going to the dentist can be a anxious experience but I have found staff at this practice efficient, friendly and understanding.

I’ve been a patient here for over 2 years maybe more. Dr Kajal Tutt is a remarkable, her work is outstanding, you never leave with any pain, and she knows exactly what is needed for every patient.She also sees my mother and understands her illnesses and how the work she does affects it.We are both so happy with the amazing work Dr Tutt does, she never rushes her work and always takes her time with her patients. Would highly recommend her and this practice.I live in East London and happily travel at least an hour just to see Dr Tutt

I would 100% recommend Crook Log Dental Practice. I was extremely pleased with the dental treatment I received. I had implants and a bridge which was done by Dr T Turner who was an absolute pleasure and really put me at ease. I am an elderly person and Dr Turner was very careful and patient with me. He also relayed each step of my treatment to myself and my family. If my family called the dental practice with any concerns or queries they were always met with kindness and were never made to feel a nuisance.

Really good experience at Crook Log Dental Practice, Dr Mustakim Mohammed and dental nurse Natalia, took great care of me during my appointment for three composite fillings. Dr Mohammed was very efficient, explained the process and kept me in the loop as the work progressed. Nurse Natalia ensured I was comfortable during the procedures and they both worked seamlessly to finish promptly and to a high standard. So far so good for my experience of this dental practice.

I called up and spoke to Jade who was great and able to get me a same day appointment for a painful wisdom tooth. I was treated by Dr Sim who was fantastic and really made me feel at ease. X - Rays were completed, and after a full detailed consultation he was able to offer to take my tooth out there and then. I felt very at ease and the whole process was smooth and pain free. Dr Sim then also followed up with a call a few hours later to check in. It’s really nice to visit a practice where you can feel the staff genuinely care and you know you are in safe hands. Dr Mustakim and Natalia have been brilliant on my last son’s visit. He had a filling done and Dr took time to explain clearly and ensure he is comfortable at every stage of the procedure, everything went smooth and no trauma or anxiety as some of the times in the past. I’m so thankful to this dentist practice, twice I have attended for an emergency appointment for my son and it’s been nothing short of amazing.Our emergency appointment today was with Dr Simrath, he made my son feel so at ease straight away, he was professional but made us feel comfortable the minute we stepped in. My son had chipped and broken both his front teeth! I was so scared of what was going to happen but he made room for us and gave us more time to fix them, with constant reassurance. I cannot thank Dr Simrath enough for helping get his smile back. I was in ore of what an incredible job he did today. Sounds silly but it really made me emotional seeing the end result and how well it all went. I will be forever thankful and my son won’t forget it! I highly recommend, my dentist was very reassuring and professional. I had a Really good experience. I have really bad anxiety with dentists due to past bad experiences else where, but I was really comfortable having my procedures and was re-assured the whole time with plenty of communication about what's going on, and my dentist checking that I'm okay through- out. The procedure was quick, and done to a high standard, very happy and will return regularly.

Firstly I am very impressed with the practice in terms of the following: the layout, the cleanliness, mostly importantly the customer service starting from the receptionist, to the dental assistant and then the dentist. Attentive and patient care throughout the surgery (wisdom teeth extraction due to cavities) attended to by Dr Kajal Tutt. She ensured that I was comfortable throughout and administered extra local anaesthetic when nerve pain was encountered. I had dental implant treatment which also included a gum and bone graft, the treatment I had completed about 6 months ago. I have waited to do this review so that I could give feedback on how i have managed with the implants.I have had no issues with the implants infact they just feel like my own teeth. Wassim was brilliant all through the treatment he explained step by step everything that needed to be done.I would recommend Dr Wassim Chawich for anyone want to have implants.

This is an excellent dental practice with staff who really care. There is a feeling of calm and friendliness from the first contact point. I have been a patient for several years. I was a very nervous patient initially but step by step, with staff support I have gained so much confidence. Initially I would only sit upright and could not tolerate x-rays whereas today I had two fillings and laid flat. Throughout today’s procedure I was supported and I knew that the dentist would stop if the process was too much. I was able to cope well and felt very pleased with myself at the end but in all honesty the whole process was painless and not scary at all. I went home feeling very happy as I feel that I will no longer be frightened of the dentist.

Highly recommend Dr Simrath Mangat for anyone thinking about getting composite bonding. I came to him over a year ago (so this is a long overdue review!), wanting to have old bonding taken off as I didn’t like the shape and discolouration. He talked me through my options and we decided to get my teeth whitened and then get bonding done on my front 6 teeth - as you can see from the photo I have some trauma on my front teeth from an accident when I was younger, so this definitely wasn’t an easy job for Dr Simrath.It has been over a year, and I’m still loving my teeth, and he has even polished them up for me recently to keep them looking great. Thanks to his amazing work I now feel confident smiling with my mouth open for the first time in a very long time, so I can’t thank him enough. He is also a very friendly, patient, listens to what you want and instantly makes you feel at ease, which I really appreciate as I can be quite anxious in these situations.

I was seen by Dr Rahul Kalia who I have seen a few times now. He is very good to explain what needs to be done and puts a picture of your teeth on a screen for you to see in detail. I needed a filling replaced and what I like is that he used a topical anaesthetic gel on the gum so I didn’t feel the injection. The whole practice has a feeling of calm, all the staff are polite and friendly I was seen on time so overall it’s 5 stars from me.

My 7 year old and I are both registered at this dentist. I am seeing Dr Sim who is wonderful but I have to say every dentist, nurse, hygienist we have encountered has also been amazing. They explain everything so well, put all concerns at ease whilst also being honest. They are friendly and even ask questions about your day. I could not recommend them enough, I have been highly impressed by the speediness of available appointments also. From someone who used to have a fear of the dentist I wouldn’t hesitate coming here now.

If I could give more stars I would!! My dentist is Rahul and his dental nurse Riya and I can not fault their service. Rahul makes me feel so comfortable and so at ease, I actually look forward to going to the dentist (well as much as you can do!) Rahul is so knowledgeable and explains every step to any procedure in a such a way that’s understandable for people with no dental knowledge like myself. I am so confident in the service I receive and know if I have any issue Rahul and Riya will be able to work together to fix it. He gives me great advice for how to improve my dental health which is always appreciated. Honestly the best dentist I have ever had.I have never had any issues with any treatment done by Rahul and know that I am in safe hands whenever I need to see him! I have had fillings, composite bonding, permanent retainers and aligners with him and all have been a great experience.Generally the staff at Crook Log are so welcoming and always so polite, I've always had a positive experience. I have recommended them to friends and family as it’s such a great dental practice.Thank you crook log team and especially Rahul for making what can be a dreaded experience, so positive.

I've had such a hard time with a tooth over a period of a year or 2. I recently went to see my dentist. Mr Parvaran I think. A young fella. He's so calm. He attempted 2 unsuccessful pulls but being infected the anaesthetic didnt work 😀. I could of woken up the dead being uch an angry baby. Last time triggered an unfair review. With that though he had still kept to his word, referring in care of his patient. Unfortunately I'm not private but thinking about it. On my next visit may start a plan for the family of 5. Currently I'm in so much pain and reflecting. The NHS has been great tbf. Understanding about my current mental health issues. It's wiring at times. Thank you for your patience with me. Sorry for storming out of reception yesterday, I was so desperate. Thank you for urging Kings as urgent too with an extraction booked with sedation on Monday. I really appreciate that. I haven't met many who see through ones emotions to see the pain. Pure front end staff are very kind, understanding and professional. I cantvwait now. I Can't even brush teeth and barely soup so still in the process but roll on the date with the pliers on Monday.I've booked for a checkup tomorrow. Then hygienist.I know I'm not the first and prob not the last. But really Thank you again Crook Log Dental practice.I'd still recommend to anyone. I did my wife and now her parents, who say good things.

I've had such an outstanding experience with my Invisalign treatment here. It can be difficult to know how to narrow down the numerous dental practices that offer Invisalign in an area but I feel very lucky to have found Crook Log Dental Practice and Dr Mangat in particular.From the moment we first met, I was immediately put at ease by his personable nature and knew I would be in safe hands. Not only is he so friendly and patient but his professionalism is second to none. He's upfront and transparent and ensures that you are entirely comfortable at every point of the process. He takes pride in his work and holds it to the highest standards which means that I knew I'd be finishing the process completely satisfied. I have always felt comfortable reaching out with any queries and they've always been taken into consideration.I also have to shout out Zara, the dental nurse, who has been through the process herself and was always more than happy to answer any questions I had from the patient side of the process. She is a super friendly person and I always left the room with a smile after an appointment with Zara and Dr Mangat.I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone, and would send any family/ friends Dr Mangat's way.

Always a helpful and friendly practice that I have had the pleasure in visiting for a number of years now. They offer a number of treatments, if you need fillings, or even worse, but help you decide on the best option, using x-rays on a screen to show the exact treatment area. I have seen the same dentist the whole time I have been a patient, and he has been so understanding of my various problems, including avoiding the dreaded injection! I am also disabled, and he has helped me into his practice room and carried my bag as well. The nurses are all very friendly, as well as the receptionists and everyone has been understanding. They even have a small parking area, but it is on a number of bus routes and a short walk (for an able bodied person) from a mainline railway station. Highly recommended

I feel safe when with the implantologist as he knows what he’s doing. I knew about the procedure, getting an implant & having stitches but I didn’t know that my mouth had to be drilled as it wasn’t mentioned on the form nor was I told about it so I wasn't happy about the drilling. I was prescribed antibiotics to take which gave me a side effect.

I saw Dr Chawich here for a repair to a loose crown on a 20yr old implant. I can't praise him highly enough. That's partly technically - for the painstaking scrutiny of x-rays, and very skillful technique. But also his clarity of explanation, at every stage, and his calm and confident manner. This was very reassuring. If I have any future issues, or require a further implant placing, I won't hesitate to contact him.

Knowing that I was nervous today, both Dr Mangat and Nurse Zara worked hard to alleviate my fears. They worked slowly and methodically, constantly checking I was ok and that I was able to continue with treatment throughout my appointment. I had been scared but the treatment was painless and I had nothing to worry about. Both were very kind and patient. Thank you.

Have seen both Dr Uppal and Dr Turner with my children. Both of them took the time to get to know the children and make them feel at ease. Have been able to book appointments in relatively quickly. Front of house staff are friendly and professional - in person and over the phone - and were helpful and quick to sort my appointments. Would definitely recommend.

I had a very positive experience with Crook log Dental Practice. I went in a little embarrassed but wanting to finally have a thorough checkup and address some issues with my teeth that I have been putting off too long. But more than that she,from the very first appointment, has always been very polite with her nurse and me. I visited the Surgery yesterday after a prolonged absence midway through a course of treatment, which had been due to other quite serious medical issues. I explained my absence to Dr Simrath Mangat and also that I would now like to complete the treatment which involved a new denture as my 'temporary' one had now been in use unexpectedly, for over 18 months. I advised Sim (Dr Mangat) and the Dental Nurse, Zara that I had recently received a few perplexed looks from my two Grandsons when my temporary denture, would noticeably move during some of my conversations with them. After hearing this Dr Mangat made a phone call to the Denture Laboratory and had some discussions with other staff. He then advised that he and Zara would make themselves available on a Saturday morning in early December to have the initial measure up appointment for the new fixed denture and that following manufacture I could have it fitted prior to Christmas. After a difficult year and a half I was so pleased to hear that my Grandsons would be spared the gruesome prospect of seeing Grandad's old denture wondering around his mouth, as I bored them with tales of Christmas back in the 'olden days'.A big personal thank you to Sim and Zara for their compassion and their willingness to sacrifice part of a weekend during the busy lead-in to Christmas.

I have always had fantastic dental care at this Practice since becoming a patient a good number of years ago. Whilst I have had a change of dentists due to dentists moving on, the replacement has always been excellent. I now have Dr Kajal Tutt who has been looking after my dental health for over 2 years, and this morning extracted a wisdom tooth with the minimum of fuss and absolutely no problems or pain. I was amazed it was extracted so easily and quickly, I honestly didn't even know she had finished. Great talk through of after-care. Kajal is a dentist of great quality, and kindness......with a highly professional manner and great sense of humour too.A shout out the the great dental nurse too.I can't recommend this Practice and this dentist enough. Thank you

Dr Karisma is absolutely incredible! After not being at a dentist for over 13 years due to being frightened and having a bad experience elsewhere previously, I was incredibly reluctant to go and seek help. However, after biting into an olive and cracking half my tooth, the pain was too much and I was fortunate enough to stumble across this clinic and meet Dr Karisma. She is absolutely wonderful, kind and caring. She explains everything thoroughly and tells you what she is doing and why. Because of her I have managed to avoid a root canal treatment and was able to have a less invasive treatment! She has restored my faith in dentists and I can’t recommend her enough! Super happy with this clinic!

I recently had two wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Kajal and I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism and skill. She approached the procedure with confidence and made me feel at ease throughout.Dr. Kajal took the time to explain each step clearly, ensuring that I understood what was happening. Additionally, Nurse Roya who I have seen assisting various dentists in the past, consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and always greets patients with a warm and friendly smile.Also yesterday, my son had to get a filling because his old one fell out. We saw Dr. Rahul for the first time and we were really impressed with how professional he was. He took the time to explain each step of the procedure to my son, who can get a bit nervous at the dentist. This really helped him relax and cooperate while Dr. Rahul drilled and filled his tooth. Nurse Roya was also great as always, being cooperative and welcoming with her warm smile.

Dr Simrath Manget by far the best dentist I have been under in 40 years. I am usually terrified, but Dr Manget put me at ease explaining what treatment was needed and how this would be completed. He promised I would not feel a thing and even with the fitting of a new crown he did not lie. Pain free smile again.

Friendly and caring service from the reception team. Really sympathetic with giving out emergency appointments. Dr Simrath Mangat gave exceptional care today and went over and beyond to help with my delicate dental care issue. I have just come out of hospital a few days prior and Dr Mangat contacted my consultant team before giving any treatment. Dr Mangat didnt treat my appointment like an emergency appointment and completed thorough checks and contacted several consultants to ensure I got the best care. Dr Nikhil was also kind enough to ensure that I will have a plan in place in the near future for recovery. Very thankful to the great team and highly recommend this dental practice.

One week ago I noticed how one of my teeth at the back got badly chipped and I was very worried about it. I immediately called the practice and they managed to get me an emergency appointment for few hours later on the same day. Once figured out the issue, 2 days later Dr Sim Mangat and nurse DiPi brilliantly rebuilt the tooth with filling and fixed everything up. They did a miracle really. I am also usually a bit of a nervous patient when it comes to medical checks and needles, but I immediately felt I was in very good hands and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. One week as gone by and my tooth is all ok, no pain, no issues, everything back to normal. I am so grateful!

I would like to highly recommend this dental practice for your dental care. The practice is very professional, efficient, friendly and is one of the best practices that I have ever visited. I had a painful tooth recently and I managed to get a same day appointment and treatment. The reception staff are so empathetic, helpful and understanding and the clinicians are just outstanding. I was treated by Dr S Mangat and nurse Dipi who were just brilliant. They made me feel comfortable and at ease and the quality of the dentistry is fantastic. First of all I have never been keen on visiting the dentist, the mere thought of it makes me uncomfortable.That was the case until someone recommended Crook Log to me. Having undergone various procedures over a 6 month treatment plan during several appointments I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.The bulk of my treatment was provided by Dr Khan and and I had some appointments with Veronika the hygienist.From the reception staff to the dentists everyone is very professional and genuinely care about looking after patients. I’ve been a patient at this practice for over 15 years. We moved house and I still travel 45 minutes to stay here and my children are now also patients. I’ve had private cosmetic treatment as well as regular dental procedures and (I try!) to keep up with my regular check ups. I’ve always found the service to be professional, honest and reliable when I hear the very opposite of other practices. Their prices are also very reasonable and they won’t force unnecessary expensive treatment on you which I’ve heard happens at other dentists. I’ve seen Dr Khan up until now who has always been fantastic. However our schedules now clash so I’ve seen Dr Pooja as have my children. He is extremely reassuring for nervous children and gave me some great, specific advice today for myself. I’ve also visited the hygienist who was very knowledgable and thorough. And any member of the reception team I’ve met has been lovely too. Highly recommended Crook Log Dental Practice.

Recently visited the hygienist at crook log dental practice and I was overwhelmed with the service I received from Veronika specifically. She was very gentle but extremely thorough also. She explained in detail what she was doing while she was doing it and I felt extremely educated on how to maintain her good work. She took her time to explain correct brushing techniques and various maintenance methods to get the best out of my teeth. She was really great!!Prior to the hygienist appointment, I had a consultation with Dr. Tatt who was equally as great! My family and I recently registered at this dental surgery and being that we have not had good experiences with dentist in Bexley I had mixed feelings but after my two sons, daughter and my self saw our Dentist Dr. Tatt, we all came home extremely happy. I almost fell asleep in the dental chair. She was excellent 👏 and I did not even know she was finished. She massage my gum while applying the injection 💉 and I did not feel a thing. I have been attending the clinic for 7 years and everyone is amazing from the reception staff, hygienists and dentists. They have an amazing understanding and really care. My dentist Sim is incredible and a true artist. Worth every penny and I have no dentist fear now because of team.

Had a complicated procedure today. In addition I had an issue with antibiotics that my surgeon prescribed and Ellie and Jenny at Reception were so helpful in helping me sort this out. Dr Sim Mangat did my tooth extraction and it went smoothly. Ilham, the Nurse looked after me very well. Thank you all.

Thank you so much to Dr Simrath and Roya for all you kindness today. I had a very painful wisdom tooth, and was very nervous about having it removed but they were both absolutely brilliant with me and the tooth was removed without any problem at all. I have always been really pleased with the service I have received from the practice and would thoroughly recommend them.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Simrath. He came in on Saturday to remove an extremely painful wisdom tooth. I felt no pain at all and the tooth was out in a few minutes. I now have a smile back on my face. Hes a very nice Dr who explains everything in great detail.

Had a great appointment with Dr S Mangat and Danielle today, couldn't have been looked after better and made to feel super comfortable and relaxed. Have been with Crook Log always and have always been happy with the results. After my composite veneers today I couldn't be happier and more smiley with the results - thank you both so much!

If you are looking for a dental hygienist veronika is the best… you may have to wait for an appointment but she is well worth waiting for…very professional informative and friendly.Reception staff very friendly and welcoming… will definitely be going back.
